Dave Cailler was absent. Year End Financials - Doug We were under budget for 2025.Reviewed assumptions for 2026.Reviewed proposed 2026 budget. Discussion / Review on Membership for 2026 - AllWe estimate 145 members. Dues to increase for 2026 - AllWill discuss at the annual meeting in February. Revised Bunker Rules for RLMGA play days - AllWill not be changed. Golf Genius Instruction - Frank Jeff Hale (Pro) will discuss 6 changes it at the annual meeting. Dates for the 2026 tournaments:Opening Day; 3/7Spring Classic: 4/18Murphy Cup: 6/20Summer Classic: 8/8Fall Classic: 10/3Closing Day: 11/7Rain dates are 5/9 and 9/12

Membership accomplishments will be presented at the annual meeting for:Awards for most improved golfersBall markers for eagles and hole in ones. In 2026 these will only awarded for the MGA season on play days 3/7 thru 11/7.Acknowledgement for most money and most rounds and CTP Actions:
