Year End Financials  -  WaltWe were under budget for 2024.Reviewed assumptions for 2025.Reviewed proposed 2025 budget which will remain the same.Dues may increase in 2026.

Discussion/ Review on Membership for 2025 -  AllWe estimate 140 members.

Dues increase for 2025 -  AllWill discuss at the annual meeting in February.

Revised Bunker Rules for RLMGA play days - AllWill not be changed.
Golf Genius Instruction - Jeff Hzle Jeff Hale (Pro) will discuss it at the annual meeting.

Dan to send out letters to all club members for the meeting. Dan will get the list from Larry.Discuss having one multiple flight per month on Thursday instead of Tuesday.Pro in attendance will discuss GHIN and rules for colored sticks.
